I don't have loads of time to do the style either. My hair is naturally quite straight but curling takes quite a long time. Is there anything that anybody can suggest?!

curl it then clip it up with strands let down, bit of a messed up do, always looks good, try and clip it around your crown to give height also

i was going going to say use a razor and take it all off.

you are leaving it too late "to amaze everybody" (unless you do shave it off)

put it up in a high pony tail clip it up and splay like a peacock feather and put on some sparkle and a couple of pretty slides you will look lovely

how about back combing it at the roots to give it more volume and you can then put some loose curls at the ends if you wanted.

why not do something pinup-y/retro? its classic and rare if your willing to do it. Like the following, she explains it all on youtube:

otherwise you can always look up different styles there. I find it a lot easier to watch a video of someone rather than read a how-to! Have fun!
